ROTHSCHILD — Alicia “Logan” Barrs, a readjustment counselor from the Wausau Veterans Center, and Brooke Burich, outreach specialist from the Green Bay Veterans Center, spoke about veterans services and the veterans center at the Veterans Weekly Cup of Coffee group meeting at Denny’s in Rothschild on Feb. 27.
The Veterans Center offers readjustment counseling, counseling for PTSD, alcohol and other drug addiction, bereavement, sexual trauma/ assault victims, job and benefits, individual, couples family and groups and community education and outreach. All matters discussed with the clients and staff are treated with the strictest of confidentiality. All counseling is free.

The Veterans Weekly Cup-of-Coffee meets ever Wednesday at Denny’s in Rothschild from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. All veterans of any age or era are welcome. The group provides support for each other and information of interest to veterans. For more information, call Mike at 715-846-0166.
