TOWN OF JACKSON, Wis. (AP) — Two men have died and three others have been injured in a head-on crash in Washington County.

Sheriff’s officials say an eastbound vehicle on Highway NN near Jackson veered into the westbound lane Sunday about 7 p.m. and struck the second vehicle. Both drivers died, including a 52-year-old man from the Town of Barton and a 51-year-old man from West Bend.

Three passengers in the second vehicle, ages 8, 10 and 16, were injured and taken to a hospital. They are expected to survive.

Authorities say speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.
