WAUSAU — The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point at Wausau Office of Continuing Education and Outreach Education will offer a Well Being Day from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 13.

Registered Reiki master/teacher John Oestreicher, will instruct the following three sessions:

1. Forever Young (8:30 – 10:30 a.m.): Is it possible to look, feel and be younger? The instructor will present anti-aging studies and how other cultures have reversed the aging process. Learn natural, holistic and practical techniques that will help you tap in to the fountain of youth that is already within you.

2. Melt Your Stress Away (10:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.): Overwhelmed? Worry a lot? Do you have endless mind chatter? Is life getting to you? This class will teach you how to slow down, calm your mind, and handle stress better. You will receive practical, natural and holistic ways to have a new, fun, healthy, and calmer life.

3. Thought to Form (1 – 3 p.m.): Have you ever thought of something and it showed up instantly in your life? This class will teach you that it is possible “to think” and have the item/action happen immediately in your physical reality. Learn how to deliberately create what you want quickly and easily by the power of your thoughts.
