Wausau Area Access Media channels 980 and 981 are back on the air after experiencing technical difficulties over the past few weeks.

According to a city of Wausau news release, Charter/Spectrum technicians have successfully repaired a receiver on their end. Customers who purchased a basic channels package may choose to ask for a credit due to the 13-day loss of service, Mayor Rob Mielke said, in his release.

“We would like to thank our viewing audience for their patience and support through this outage and apologize for this interruption in service,” Mielke wrote.
