SCHOFIELD —  Greenheck was named one of Forbes’ America’s Best Midsized Employers this week.

“We are extremely proud and honored to be featured as one of Forbes’ America’s Best Midsized Employers,” said Kathy Drengler, Greenheck vice president of human resources, in a Greenheck news release. “For the past 70 years, Greenheck has been dedicated to developing a family-like workplace culture where team members can grow, build a career and feel connected. This recognition is a testament of our ongoing efforts to heavily invest in our core values, culture and team members.”

Employers were chosen based on results from an independent survey distributed to more than 50,000 U.S. based employees, according to Greenheck. Companies considered for this award were rated on work-related topics, such as working conditions, salary, potential for development and overall company image.

Greenheck, a worldwide manufacturer of air movement, control and conditioning equipment with several manufacturing locations across the United States, ranked in the top 40 percent among the elite list of recognized companies, according to the release.

“This achievement is a reflection of our outstanding team members from across the U.S. who live our core values every day,” said Jim McIntyre, Greenheck president and CEO, in the release. “This is a very special honor and is a tribute to the talents, efforts and contributions made from our teams.”
