Wausau West softball can’t solve SPASH

Wausau– The SPASH Panthers got four runs in the fifth inning en route to a 5-1 victory over Wausau West on Tuesday afternoon.

SPASH got two doubles from Leah Earnest, who was 2-3 at the plate.  Sam Saloun was 2-4 with a double for SPASH.

Jaden Jones earned the win in the circle, tossing seven innings and striking out seven.

Shaelyn Talley suffered the loss for West.

Talley hit a triple, while Jenna Kettner doubled for the Warriors.
