STEVENS POINT  – Gamber-Johnson has received the 2019 Governor’s Export Achievement Award for the second time in five years, the supplier of rugged mounting systems announced today.

Three Wisconsin based companies were recognized today by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. for their contributions to Wisconsin’s exporting strength.

“Gamber-Johnson is truly honored to receive the Governor’s Export Award,” said Brian Wagner, president of Gamber-Johnson, in a news release. “This award is great recognition of what can be done through wise government co-investment with private industry. Through the support of WEDC and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Gamber has leveraged government resources in the form of grants and services to dramatically increase exports over the last seven years.

“Additionally, this is well-deserved recognition of the tremendous efforts of the Gamber-Johnson team which has worked seamlessly to develop and grow exports to 45 countries.”

Gamber-Johnson previously won the Governor’s Export Achievement Award in 2015.
