CLARK COUNTY, Wis. — The victim in a Tuesday morning head-on collision has been identified as a 28-year-old Neillsville man.

Police say Stephen Sedwick died at the scene of the crash, which was reported at about 7:10 a.m. May 14 on Hwy. 73 near Schofield Road in the Clark County town of Weston.

Officials say two vehicles appeared to have crashed into one another head on, with one vehicle blocking both northbound and southbound lanes when first responders arrived.

A second vehicle came to rest on the eastern shoulder of the road.

The other driver, Ciera Federly, 21, was transported from the scene by helicopter. Her current condition has not been released.

The crash remains under investigation. No additional details have been released.
