Marshfield– The Wausau East Lumberjacks bounced back from a loss to Marshfield earlier this week with a 7-5 victory over the Tigers on Thursday evening.

East jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the first inning, thanks to RBIs by Forrest Kronberger and Greg Glovinski.

However, Marshfield tallied one run in the first and four more in the second to take a 5-4 lead.

East pulled ahead for good in the fourth with two more runs of their own courtesy of a two-run RBI by Glovinski.

The Lumberjacks had 11 hits and limited Marshfield to nine.  Marshfield committed three errors, while East did not have a defensive miscue.
