WAUSAU PILOT AND REVIEW
Two people were trapped inside a vehicle that veered of Hwy. 51 and rolled over Friday morning, according to emergency scanner traffic.
The single-vehicle crash happened in the northbound lanes of Hwy. 51 at Bus. Hwy. 51 185 off-ramp.
Riverside Fire and Ambulance was called to the crash scene at about 7:40 a.m. Crews requested mutual aid from SAFER about 10 minutes later after determining both occupants of the vehicle were injured.
The extent of those injuries has not been specified. Crews extricated the victims from the vehicle.
No names have been released.
