06/02/194900 block of Aspen Street,

Village of Weston

On 06/01/19, 54 year old female was arrested for DOMESTIC BATTERY following an altercation with her sister at an address on Aspen Street in the Village of Weston.  Case is cleared by arrest with no follow up needed.

 

05/31/19County Road J and Weston Avenue39 year old male failed to return to the Marathon County Jail following Huber release.  He later turned himself over to officers while at St. Clare’s Hospital, after reporting he was the victim of a robbery and a battery.  The investigation was later closed when the victim declined to pursue prosecution.

 

05/31/19Village of Weston Drop-off Site

8192 Ryan Street,

Village of Weston

On 05/31/19, 54 year old male reported being confronted and pushed multiple times by an unknown male while at the drop-off site located at 8192 Ryan Street in the Village of Weston.  Currently there are no investigative leads and this case is closed.

 

06/02/193100 block of Ross Avenue, Village of WestonOn 06/02/19, 31 year old female was arrested for DOMESTIC ABUSE, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, and CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, following a report of a disturbance on Ross Avenue in the Village of Weston.  Case is cleared by arrest.

 

06/02/19Camp Phillips Road and East Jelinek Avenue,

Village of Weston

On 06/02/19, 41 year old male was arrested for OWI 4th offense and cited for operating with a suspended driving status, following a traffic stop on East Jelinek Avenue near Camp Phillips Road.  Case is cleared by arrest with no follow up needed.

 

06/04/191800 block of Bloedel Avenue, Village of WestonOn 06/04/19, officer took a complaint from 43 year old female who stated someone used her credit card without her permission.  There were charges found to be related with 30 year old male and a 29 year old male, who will be referred for a charge of FINANCIAL TRANSACTION CARD CRIMES.  This case is cleared by arrest with no follow up needed.

 

06/06/194000 block of Schofield Avenue, Village of WestonOn 06/05/19, officers responded to a call of a family disturbance on Schofield Avenue.  28 year old male was arrested for DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT, as well as a PROBATION VIOLATION.  53 year old female will be referred to the Marathon County District Attorney’s Office for DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT.  This case is cleared by arrest with no follow up needed.

 

06/05/19Elite Custom Cabinetry,

6005 Mesker Street

Village of Weston

Owner of Elite Custom Cabinetry in the Village of Weston, reports the theft of a utility trailer from the business property located at 6005 Mesker Street.  Trailer was later located.  This case will be closed with no further follow up necessary.

 

06/06/19State Road 29/County Road J, Village of WestonA 30 year old male was arrested for DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT after having an argument with his wife and driving in a reckless manner that caused her to be fearful.  This investigation is cleared by arrest with no further follow up needed.

 

06/06/19Reliable Packaging Systems, 6705 Rickyval Street, Village of WestonOn 06/06/19, it was reported that unknown person sprayed graffiti on the building of Reliable Packaging Systems located at 6705 Rickyval Street in the Village of Weston.  There are no suspects or witnesses.  This case is closed at this time.
