WAUSAU — SC Swiderski will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Urban West at noon June 12. This event is open to the public and will be held at 1425 N. 12th Ave.
Urban West, on Wausau’s west side, offers 65 apartment units and seven floor plans. The facility also offers a model home, underground parking, two elevators, high end finishes, an onsite fitness facility and community room.
“We are providing the ultimate living experience at Urban West,” said leasing manager, Kari Kussow, in a news release. “The tenants will enjoy apartments with contemporary finishes, great building amenities and a high level of service. The bike share program and local artwork are a few more way our tenants will be able to connect with the community and have a great experience.”
