WAUSAU —River Valley Bank and IncredibleBank announced this week that Ryan Leesley has been named to the position of regional community bank manager – south.
In this position, Leesley will be responsible for driving growth in the region, which includes bank locations in Tomahawk, Merrill, Wausau and Middleton. Market managers in these locations will report directly to Leesley who, in addition to driving profitable growth, will have responsibilities for enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring the bank’s commitment to their Incredible Customer Experience philosophy.
Prior to joining River Valley Bank and IncredibleBank, Leesley held the position of BMO’s vice president and regional sales manager, Wisconsin Region, where he was responsible for growth and staff development in the branch network.
