UPDATE: Carter Ojer has been found, according to the Marathon County Sheriff’s Department.

The Department thanked all searchers and first responders involved. Ojer is safe, police said.

The Marathon County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a man with autism who is missing in the Hatley area.

Carter Ojer, 21, was last seen Saturday walking west on Topps Road at County Road Y between Pike Lake and Hatley, officials said. He was wearing black shorts and a black shirt.

Hatley first responders were called in to assist when a drone search was unsuccessful.

Anyone who has seen Carter is urged to call 715-261-1200.
