WAUSAU PILOT AND REVIEW
Police say an intoxicated woman stole a bottle of alcohol from a Madison Target store on Saturday, drank the liquor in the men’s section and left the store in her vehicle.
The Wisconsin State Journal reports the incident happened at about 7:30 p.m. at Target on Junction Road.
The woman was no longer at the store when police arrived. Officers located her through her license plate, which Target loss prevention officers supplied.
Police ran the plate and found the registered owner to be a 45-year-old woman.
The name of the suspect has not been released.
