WAUSAU PILOT AND REVIEW
Police in Wausau are appealing to the public to help find two people who shouted racially charged slurs and profanities to a woman and threw a drink at her.
In a Facebook post on Friday, police shared a photo taken by the woman that shows the suspect vehicle driving through the intersection of Grand Avenue and Thomas Street. The vehicle appears to be a Toyota Tundra, and looks to have a bag of some type in the truck bed.
Police say the registration displayed may have been a Texas temporary plate starting with “84.” Police urge anyone with information about this incident or vehicle to leave a message for Officer Lee at 715-261-7994.
