WAUSAU — The Marathon County Alcohol & Other Drug Partnership and Roberts & Associates Physical Therapy have partnered to present the next AOD Partnership Meeting, on opioid abuse, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 6 in rooms E101/102 at Northcentral Technical College, 1000 W. Campus Drive in Wausau.
The meeting will focus on opioid abuse and addiction, injury prevention and pain management techniques, and questions to ask providers prior to starting on these effective, but potentially dangerous medications.
