Join the library for a screening of Shaena Mallett’s documentary “Farmsteaders” on Aug. 13 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at its Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau. The film follows a man who attempts to resurrect his grandfather’s small dairy farm at a time when agriculture seems to favor large-scale farms. This event is a collaboration with POV, PBS’ award-winning nonfiction film series (www.pbs.org/pov), and is set to premiere on PBS on Sept. 2. Free and open to the public.
