AbbyBank in Abbotsford, Wausau and Weston, and Peace Lutheran Church in the town of Frankfort took part in United Way’s Fill a Backpack Fill a Need program to help students in need in Marathon County.
Peace Lutheran Church said its proud to partner with AbbyBank to help provide school supplies to area kids.
“It’s a great feeling when we (the congregation) can help fulfill the needs of others in our surrounding areas,” said Kris Belanger, fundraising/community service project coordinator at Peace Lutheran Church.
