The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point at Wausau will be hosting Food Truck Fridays throughout September and mid-October.
Starting Sept. 6, this weekly event will feature several food trucks from around north central Wisconsin. It will run from approximately 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the public is invited to participate.
The food trucks will be set up in Parking Lot G, across from the university’s main entrance along South 7th Ave., Wausau. Food Truck Fridays will also be held Sept. 13, 20, 27 and Oct. 4 and 11.
“As we kick off another school year, Food Truck Fridays provides an opportunity for community members to visit UW-Stevens Point at Wausau and sample some amazing food,” Campus Executive Ann Herda-Rapp said. “It’s also a great way for students and staff to enjoy a festive atmosphere.”
