WESTON – D.C. Everest Senior High Evergreen Marching Band premiered their new uniforms at the field show during halftime of the Everest football game on Sept. 6.

The contemporary uniforms — black pants, a black and green jacket and black and green hats — have replaced ones the band had been using since 1985.

The band marched in the Labor Day parade and will perform three more field shows during home games this fall. They will also do a special field show at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at Stiehm Stadium. This is a free event that is open to the public.

There are more than 100 students in grades nine through 12 participating in the Evergreen Marching Band this year. In March 2020, the band will travel to Orlando Florida to perform at Disney World.

The old uniforms jackets and hats are for sale at $25 per set. Anyone interested can contact Robbi Green at 715-574-4449.
