Police in Wood County have identified the woman who died Saturday in a single vehicle crash as 41-year-old Amy Mancil, of Rudolph.
The crash was reported at about 7 p.m. Sept. 7 at the intersection of North Road and Elm Road in the town of Seneca. Initial reports suggest Mancil was traveling south on North Road when she failed to stop at a stop sign an struck a tree.
Mancil, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
