Jeans, Non-skid Shoes and Steel Toe Boots. The United Way Emerging Leaders Career Closet is seeking men’s jeans (size 32 +) and non-skid shoes for men and women. The Boots to Work program is in need of women’s and men’s steel toe boots sizes 5 ½ – 12 for employees beginning new employment.
