A commitment of three hours a week during January – April is preferred. Christmas Care Package Items. Faith in Action of Marathon County is accepting items for their seventh Annual Gift of Hope Christmas Care Drive to help local seniors in need. Items (canned soup, canned tuna/chicken, packaged cookies/candies, personal care items, scarves, hats, mittens, greeting cards and small amount gift cards) will be accepted until Nov. 24, and the packages will be delivered on Dec. 7.
