RIB MOUNTAIN — Families can receive a free pumpkin in exchange for non-perishable food items during Peoples State Bank’s annual Pumpkin Patch event.
The Pumpkin Patch will be open from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 19 at 227212 Rib Mountain Drive.
Attendees are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to exchange for a free pumpkin (while supplies last). All food collected will be donated to the Marathon County Hunger Coalition to help supply food pantries throughout the county.
Children will also have an opportunity to create special Halloween-themed craft items. Cookies, coffee and apple cider will be served.
