A statewide endangered missing person alert has been issued for a 79-year-old Richland County woman who was last seen Oct. 22.

Police say Gail Stone has dementia and there is concern for her safety. Stone’s vehicle was located in the afternoon hours of Tuesday, Oct. 22 on Harry Lane in Muscoda, Wis., but Stone was not inside.

She has not been seen or heard from since.

Stone is described as a white woman who is 5 feet tall, about 145 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
