NEWS RELEASE – The Grand Theater is expanding its Access For All Series, with the
help of the Hadley Family Trust.

As part of The Grand’s continued commitment to engage the community and diversify their audiences,
they created the Access For All Series in 2016. With the support of the Hadley Family Trust, The Grand
looks to make an even greater impact on the community.

This series enables community members who face challenging circumstances to experience the
performing arts at The Grand regardless of their economic status. Both The Grand and Hadley Family
Trust believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the power and wonder of the arts.
The arts play an important role in creating vibrant communities where people live, work, and play; so
The Grand partners with community groups to distribute tickets to individuals and families of all
backgrounds and income levels.

“We are proud to be able to support this program giving opportunities to the community to experience
the performing arts,” said Mark and Deb Hadley. “We are honored to give back to the community that
supported our business and family for over 51 years.”

“The Access for All Series is one of the best things we do at The Grand,” said Executive Director Sean
Wright. “We are thrilled to have the Hadley Family Trust as a partner to help expand this important
series in our community.”

This series is also supported by the Community Arts Grant through the Community Foundation of North
Central Wisconsin, the B.A. & Esther Greenheck Foundation, and the Wisconsin Arts Board.

Current Access For All partners include The Neighbors’ Place, The Boys and Girls Club of the Wausau
Area, and The Women’s Community. The 2019-20 Access For All Series kicked off with the Black Violin
show on October 24. Thanks to this program, Boys and Girls Club members not only not only got to see
the show, but also had the chance to meet the performers beforehand.
