Police in North Dakota are seeking information about a missing 16-year-old girl who moved from Oshkosh to Fargo in February and could have been traveling through central Wisconsin.

When Kathryn “Katie” Hamman was last seen Sunday, Oct. 27, she had blonde hair, but may have colored it darker since she went missing. Her family believes she may have been traveling back to Oshkosh. Her cell phone either has a dead battery or is switched off. All her belongings, including her jacket, were left behind.

Hamman’s whereabouts are unknown, and her family is desperate to bring her home safe, according to Rapid Search and Rescue.

The missing teen is described as 5’2? tall weighing about 125 pounds. She is white, wears cubic zirconia earrings in both of her ears and a ring in her nose. She was last seeing a black skull cap as pictured in the top photo, a royal blue hooded sweatshirt and black leggings.

Police believe Hamman is driving a white 2016 Volkswagen Touareg with North Dakota license plates 684 CTV with a white “Victorious Lamb” decal on the left rear window.

Anyone with information is urged to call local police, dial 911, or call the Fargo Police Dept. at 701-451-7760 and refer to case number 19991520.
