The 50-year-old man who died early Wednesday in a Lincoln County rollover has been identified as Timothy W. Rowe, of the town of Merrill.
The crash, on Hwy. 64 near Elm Grove Road, was reported by a 911 caller at 3:12 a.m.. Nov. 13. The witness, who was traveling in a separate vehicle, reported that Rowe swerved to miss a deer, left the roadway and rolled over.
Alcohol is not suspected as a factor in the crash, police said.
Corning firefighters responded to the scene and extricated the victim from the vehicle, he was pronounced dead on the scene by Lincoln County Coroner Paul. C. Proulx.
