One person is dead after a vehicle struck a home off Hwy. 29 near Abbotsford, police said.
The two-vehicle crash happened at around 7 p.m. Monday on Hwy. 29 at mile marker 136. Police say one of the vehicles veered off the roadway and hit a home.
Traffic on Hwy. 29 was reduced to one lane in each direction for several hours after the crash but the highway has since reopened.
The victim’s name has not yet been released and the crash remains under investigation.
