A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a 73-year-old woman who is missing from her Oskhosh home.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Nancy Hansen was last seen wearing a black jacket with no markings, a black winter hat, blue jeans and tan shoes.

Ms. Hansen is described as a white woman who is 5’6? tall and 130 pounds with green eyes and gray/white hair.

While unloading groceries at home with a caregiver, Hansen left in a vehicle and mentioned going to Tacoma, Washington to visit family, according to police.

Nancy is driving a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu, with Wis. license plate 47340DS.

Anyone with information is asked to call City of Oshkosh Police Department at 920-236-5700.

A Silver Alert is a public notification system to broadcast information about missing persons — especially senior citizens with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other mental disabilities — in order to aid in locating them.
