A segment of snowmobile trails in Lincoln County opened Tuesday, though parks officials caution that the trails are in early season condition and could be icy.
Zone 1 trails remaining closed west of Tomahawk are as follows: Corridor 19 south of Highway 86 and Trail 86 south of Hwy 86 and Corridor 17 south of the Park and Ride at intersection #30.
All trails in Zones 2, 3, and 4 will remain closed at this time.
All trails are closed to winter ATV use when the temperature is above 28 degrees.
