MERRILL — The Merrill Area United Way will hold its annual meeting at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 3 in the Conference Room at the AmericInn, 3300 East Main St., Merrill. The public is welcome. 
The annual meeting agenda will include the election of members to the board of directors for three-year terms, as well as the election of the 2020 Officers and Executive Committee.
Additional action will include approval of the 2020 annual budget and a summary of the Merrill Area United Way activities for 2019. The 2019 annual report publication will be available for distribution at that meeting. The transition of the presidential post will allow for comments from both the outgoing and incoming presidents. Those leaving the board will be recognized for their service.
The MAUW Board conducts a very brief business meeting before the 5:15 annual meeting.
