A 21-year-old woman is dead following a weekend snowmobile crash in Arbor Vitae, according to Vilas County Sheriff’s officials.
The crash was reported at about 1 a.m. Sunday on Trail 11 in Arbor Vitae by a caller who reported a 21-year-old woman was unconscious after striking a tree.
The woman died at the scene of the crash. Her name has not yet been released and no other details about the crash have yet been issued.
