WAUSAU – If you’re a fan of the Friends of the Marathon County Public Library’s quarterly book sales and wish that there were more of them, you’re in luck!
The Friends of MCPL will begin hosting monthly Saturday books sales starting Feb. 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Throughout the winter and spring, the Friends will host book sales exclusively for Friends members on the third Saturday of each month. Folks will be able to browse thousands of items on sale at low, low prices, including books, music and movies, with all of the proceeds from the sale going toward funding library events!
It costs just $10 to join the Friends for the year, and non-members can join the Friends on-the-spot.
Future sale dates include March 21, April 18 and May 16.
