The Veterans Weekly Cup-of-Coffee group, now 516 veterans-strong, recently celebrated eight years since its founding, Feb. 8, 2012.
The volunteer-run organization does not have officers, nor bylaws, and continues to welcome others. It meets from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays at Denny’s in Rothschild.
The meetings offer a place for veterans to gather and share information with other veterans, along with enjoying a cup of coffee and a meal. The group provides support for each other and information of interest to veterans. The group invites guest speakers that offer veteran services and support.
