Enjoy the music of “Romance” as the Symphony Orchestra at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point performs in concert Feb. 26.

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Michelsen Hall in the Noel Fine Arts Center, 1800 Portage St., Stevens Point. The Symphony Orchestra is directed by Andy Moran, assistant professor of horn and orchestral director.

Anna Cromwell, assistant professor of violin and viola, will be the featured violinist during “Romance No. 2 in F Major for Violin and Orchestra” by Ludwig van Beethoven. This is her premiere performance at UW-Stevens Point.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for UW-Stevens Point students, faculty and youth, and free the day of the concert for students with a UW-Stevens Point ID if not sold out. Enjoy songs about love as the combined voices of several choirs at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point perform a concert titled “O My Luve” at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 28.

The concert will be held in Michelsen Hall of the Noel Fine Arts Center, 1800 Portage St., Stevens Point. The Concert Choir, Choral Union and Campus Choir are under the direction of Shawn Cody Miller, assistant professor and director of Choral Activities in the Department of Music.
