A Little Sister in the Wausau School District who dreams of becoming a doctor is waiting for a Big Sister. She likes drawing, reading, making bracelets and playing board games — like Monopoly and Sorry.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral Wisconsin has been serving our community since 1976. Its mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. In 2019, it served 348 at-risk youth in a mentoring relationship. By becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister, you can make a lasting difference in a child’s life. And you will both be forever changed by the experience.
