WAUSAU — Future baby sitters can learn how to respond to emergencies and basic first aid, age appropriate games and activities, how to make good decisions under pressure, strategies to care for infants and young children, how to communicate with children and parents, and so much more during YWCA Wausau’s baby-sitting course.
Babysitting Rocks one-day classes will be held from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the following dates: April 11, May 22, June 27 and Aug. 15. All classes will be held at the YWCA, 613 N. Fifth St. in Wausau.
This is a fun, interactive class for students ages 10 and older. The fee is $40 and includes lunch.
