Crews from the South Area Fire and Emergency Response District responded Tuesday to a single vehicle rollover near Wausau with one person trapped inside the vehicle.
Preliminary emergency scanner traffic indicates the crash was reported at about 5:30 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Hwy. 29 at the ramp leading to northbound Hwy. 51. The vehicle landed on its roof, according to witnesses.
Motorists should plan for possible delays or take an alternate route.
The severity of the injuries involved is not yet known.
