WAUSAU — In response to challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the city of Wausau has made changes to three polling locations for the April 7 election. These changes are as follows:

Districts 3 and 10: The polling location has been moved from Marathon Park East Gate to the Marathon Park Multipurpose Building, 1201 Stewart Ave. Voters will park in the same parking lot as in the past. Entry to the building will be through the side doors and signs will be posted.

District 6: The polling location has been moved from Wausau East High School to Marathon Park Multipurpose Building, 1201 Stewart Ave. Entry to the building will be through the side doors and signs will be posted. Signs also will be posted at Wausau East to alert voters who may not be aware of the change.

Districts 7 and 8: The polling location has been moved from Wausau West High School to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 600 Stevens Drive. Follow signs that will be posted at the entrance. Signs also will be posted at Wausau West to alert voters who may not be aware of the change.

All other polling locations remain the same at this time. Please continue to watch for updates on the city’s Facebook page and city website as additional polling location changes may become necessary.
