Marathon County Highway Department will sweep and wash bridge decks on Interstate-39/Highway 51 and Highway 29 throughout Marathon County beginning April 6.
Crews will use mobile operations to notify drivers of lane closures from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 6 through April 10.
Lane closures are necessary for crews to safely sweep bridge decks and interchanges. Motorists should drive with caution through work zones and be alert for slow moving vehicles. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions.
