Crews from Athens Fire responded Sunday to a call for mutual aid in battling a barn fire near Medford.
The call to Athens came through at about 1 p.m. Sunday for a blaze on Hwy. 64 in the Taylor County town of Goodrich.
There’s no word yet on the size of the fire or if any people or animals are injured.
