Peanut

My name is Peanut and I can’t wait to be your new cat! I was surrendered to the shelter because my owners were moving and couldn’t take me along. It was hard to adjust to shelter life, but I know that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and a bright future ahead for a guy like me. I’m a very playful and outgoing feline. I’m tolerant of children and will never turn down a big picture window or a nice plump, fake mouse toy. I’d make an excellent quarantine partner, too, so apply to adopt me today!

Editor’s note: Pet of the week is a weekly feature profiling pets at the Humane Society of Marathon County in need of a home. To find out more about this week’s pet and the adoption process, visit the HSMC website here.
