WAUSAU — The COVID-19 pandemic has more people cooking at home than ever in recent history. But how can you keep mealtimes from becoming a bore, while making the most of the ingredients you have on hand? At 10 a.m. on today, April 17Wisconsin Public Radio’s “Route 51” host Shereen Siewert welcomes Chef Christian Czerwonka, owner of several Stevens Point restaurants, including Father Fats Public House and Chef’s Kitchen, for a quarantine cooking guide to help make mealtime both fun and interesting.

Chef C will offer recipe ideas, ways to involve everyone in the family in food preparation, and tips on how to find locally sourced ingredients for healthy, satisfying meals. Listeners can email questions and ideas in advance t[email protected].
