Child struck by vehicle near Edgar

Rescue crews were summoned Friday after a 4-year-old child was struck by a vehicle near Edgar.

First responders were called just after noon to Cardinal Lane hear Hwy. P in the town of Emmet, just after the boy was struck.

Initial reports suggest the boy has a broken leg.

There’s no word yet on the severity of the child’s injuries.
