MOSINEE – Central Wisconsin Airport will conduct a full-scale emergency exercise from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. May 16 at the airport.
As a Federal Aviation Administration certified Class 1 airport, CWA is required to hold this exercise every three years.
The airport does not anticipate any impact on normal airport operations during the emergency response exercise.
The airport and several mutual aid partners will test emergency response and coordination during the event.
And responders will conduct full-response training on simulated aircraft fuselage with live fire.
Signs about the exercise will be placed on Highway 153.
