AbbyBank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago recently provided $40,000 in grant money through a COVID-19 relief program to support their member institutions and the communities they serve.
Each institution contributed $20,000 to the program.
AbbyBank President and CEO Craig Stuedemann asked each location to decide where the funds are most needed in their communities. In Wausau, they distributed $2,000 to The Neighbors’ Place, $2,000 to United Way of Marathon County and $2,000 to Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service, according to AbbyBank.
AbbyBank is an independent, community-owned bank with offices in Abbotsford, Appleton, Gresham, Medford, Shawano, Wausau and Weston.
