WAUSAU – The Marathon County Hunger Coalition has partnered with The Neighbors’ Place and USDA to hand out free boxes of food during the coronavirus pandemic. Distribution is first come, first served, with no income requirements. The boxes contain produce, as well as cheese and meat.

The food boxes can be picked up at the Farmers Market lot, 390 River Drive, Wausau, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on June 4, 11 and 18.

Use the south entrance, state how many members are in your family, receive your box, exit the lot through the north exit.
