One person is dead and a second person is injured following a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning, according to the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department.
The crash was reported at about 11 a.m. Saturday on Hwy. 45 at County Hwy. O in the town of Bear Creek.
Investigators say a man in a car was traveling westbound on County Hwy. D across Hwy. 45 and onto County Hwy. O when he struck an eastbound pickup.
The woman driving the pickup died at the scene of the crash.
The man driving the car was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment. Police have not released his current condition.
No names have been released.
